Process

You know it when you experience a bad process. We have tried it many times. It is terribly frustrating and leads to inefficiency and dullness rather than to your goal. Strategihuset works with civil society organisations to design, implement and document better processes.

We work with you and your partners to formulate goals with appropriate and realistic plans to support it. They take into account that a good process must deliver value, have a shared ownership and be transparent.

Evaluation

How do you translate your social work and the ‘soft’ achievements into “hard facts” and communicable results when you evaluate your work?

Strategihuset helps you document your process and the results of your work. We use theory of change based evaluation methods to highlight the core challenges and values of your work. We collect your knowledge, analyse, digest, map and structure it to help you increase your learning – and deliver even better results.

Workshops

Strategies, plans and evaluations are of little value if they are not shared and applied. To ensure maximum learning and applicability of the methods we introduce, our workshops and training courses are generally based on your own work.

We offer training courses in topics such as Theory of Change, Monitoring and Results Based Management and Fundraising.
